About the role
In a rapidly expanding A.I. startup, you will collaborate directly with a skilled team of sales, marketing, and digital marketing professionals.

As a member of the growth team, you will assist the sales team by managing the top of the funnel by driving demand and generating leads.

You will be given the flexibility to devise ideas and implement various procedures and tactics.


What you'll do

International Expansion


With clever and focused marketing strategies, you will play a significant part in breaking into new markets like the US and gaining new clients in new areas and industries.

In order to prioritize and assess potential market entrants, you will assist the management team.


Outcome-driven Growth
To best support the sales team in hitting revenue goals, you will put plans into action and track performance.

You will actively collect data, give updates on your accomplishments to the growth and management team, and come up with innovative concepts for highly focused outreach initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • You have a bachelor degree in the field of business or information technology from a top university
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills
  • You are an analytical thinker and able to derive firm conclusions from numerical data
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Absolute hands on mentality and the ability to selforganize
  • Building beautiful slides and crunch spreadsheets is a skill you want to learn
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, allowing you to build and foster strong relationships
  • Growth mindset with can do attitude
  • Ideally, you have done an internship in a startup or consultancy before
