Beschreibung

We are looking for an Intern - Business Control Management to join and support our credit rating agency's dynamic team, focusing on reinforcing controls by the first line of business.

As an Intern in Business Control, your primary responsibility will be supporting the design, implementation and reinforcement of processes to enhance first line controls within our organization.

Your role will play a part in maintaining and improving the effectiveness of our operational procedures and includes aspects of coordination and project management.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Process Implementation: Support the design, development, implementation, and oversight of robust processes and procedures within the first line of business.
  • Control Enhancement: Collaborate with the first line of business to identify control weaknesses and design solutions to strengthen controls effectively.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of company KPIs and outsourcing agreements KPIs
  • Documentation: Help with creating comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and control enhancements, maintaining a clear and organized record of changes and updates.
  • Project Management: Expand your project management skills by driving initiatives related to control enhancement and process optimization, including the following specific projects:

Analyst Rotation:
Oversee the coordination of analyst rotation within the first line of business, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.

  • Revision of regulatory disclosure and reporting procedures: take the lead in revising all regulatory disclosure and reporting procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compliance: Support ensuring that all first line activities align with regulatory standards, and monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Your professional & personal profile

  • Enrolled or graduated university student in Business, Finance, Administration, International Management or similar
  • Initial project and process management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills and an eye for detail
  • Multicultural, collaborative and detailoriented personality
  • Outstanding interdisciplinary and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) computer skills; initial knowledge on dynamic project and workflow tools, e.g. JIRA, Asana, ARIS
