Your tasks

For the area of Tires IT, we are looking for a working student (M/F/diverse) to support our team from January 2024 for a period of 6 months or longer with 20h per week.

The work takes place both on site and remotely.

Your tasks:

Implementation of the professional internal communication strategy using relevant internal channels, tools, and platforms (such as ConNext, intranet, newsletter or MS Stream) incl. monitoring
Conceptual and strategic development of communication materials (presentations, print materials, videos, podcasts, images...) for internal projects or strategic initiatives.
Supervision of strategic initiatives within Tires IT and communication support
Coordination and documentation of Tires IT Open Calls, GITMM or other events
Active participation and contribution to the crossorganizational IT communication community as well as exchange and collaboration with other communication departments
Creative internal communication, storytelling and copywriting for internal channels, speeches, and presentations for the Head of Tires IT
Advice and support for internal communication measures

Profile:

Student (M/F/d) in communications, information management, business administration, information technology or a similar field of study
Experience in communications or PR in a technical environment
Knowledge of project management methods and experience in managing communication initiatives
Experience with video editing, e.g., Camtasia and knowledge of Power BI desirable
Confident use of newwork style tools and willingness to undergo further training
Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
Moderation, facilitation, and collaboration skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Interest in digitalization and information technology topics
Highly motivated team player who enjoys working in an international environment
