About the Role:

The Quality Control (QC) department plays a key role in the chain at T & R, they are responsible for testing raw materials and manufactured products, so they are ready for sale when required. QC are the final link in the chain to ensure that products are safe and effective for our customers.
In the role will expect to be able to work toward compliance standards, any requirements of data integrity, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) including aseptic technique and in accordance with pharmacopoeia testing standards.
The position involves the routine testing of QC samples. These samples could be raw materials, manufactured products or products requiring stability analysis. As such you will be requested to work in a team to ensure efficient testing of batches to meet team targets and ensure timely release. All samples are tested using a variety of pharmacopoeia test methods, including filtration, pour plate, specific analysis, identification etc.
