We operate across a wide range of sectors and are specialized in matching specialists and executives.

Now our client, a global Japanese manufacturing company is seeking for its near Cologne branch a

Japanese speaking mechanic (M/F/d):

- applicants from Japan are also welcome
- a six-month probationary period

Your responsibilities:

- production facility management incl. process optimization
- production facility maintenance and troubleshooting
- communicate and cooperate with Japanese technicians
- communication with external business partners
- order parts

Your profile:

- trained mechanics, electrician or a comparable qualification are preferable
- knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
- working experience in productive maintenance or production engineering
- desirable skills and experiences
- machining skills: welding, boring, hole tapping, bending
- experience in optimizing production facility

Business fluent Japanese language skills (written and spoken)

- good English or German language skills are preferable but not mandatory
- basic MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- high motivation to learn electrical systems
- team-oriented person
