- Be responsible for own requirements engineering for the connectivity platform (CP: eSim/MNO) from stakeholders
- Act as first intake channel for all connectivity requirements (legal, technical, regulatory) with all relevant stakeholders
- Create and secure ticket-flow to optimally support the ART CP and maintain ART CP Roadmap
- Define and secure DoR & DoD
- Organise and own the conceptual processes within the ART CP as well as process management for CP (incl. Systems Engineering & ASPICE requirements)
- Work in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related filed
- Solid background of cellular and wireless technologies
- Good understanding of GSMA RSP and 3GPP standards
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience of requirements engineering as well as of process management (incl. Sys. Eng. & ASPICE)
- Capability to lead multicultural team

Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.
YOUR TEAM
In eSIM (Connectivity) department at CARIAD, we are responsible for enabling connectivity for Volkswagen Group vehicles around the globe. Our Connectivity Platform enables the eSIM fitted in the vehicle to attach to a mobile network and establish a reliable and secure connection to be used for all kind of services that need it for their successful operations. We design and deploy solutions based on cutting edge technologies to provide a strong foundation for an enriched digital customer experience.
As a value-add for the customers, we enable purchase of B2C data packages for services such as in-vehicle WLAN and streaming. In this context, we are bringing innovation to give more control to customers regarding their subscription with mobile network operators. In addition, expansion of our coverage footprint is one of the key focus areas as there is strong demand to bring more markets online. This brings with it challenge to properly manage and steer such a rollout from a B2B and B2C perspective.
