YOUR TEAM:

The Solution Train 2.0 is creating the future cross-brand electronic and software architecture of the Volkswagen Group; from semiconductors and hardware, in-car software stacks and functions, to cloud functions - in the car, on your mobile phone and beyond.

As the solution management team, we drive the program towards a common scope and timeline based on a framing of program management and agile practices.

We are passionates, willing to transform mobility and resolving sophisticated costumer requirements as a team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Ensure a standardized approach of project management in line with project delivery roadmap, alignment, integration, financial control and planning of multiple interrelated activities within the project scope
Responsible for accurate consolidated project reporting and seek executive guidance and approvals as necessary prepare documents for committees, management briefings and followups
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including crossfunctional touchpoints to align and prioritize and to establish an integrated project view
Ensure all Solution's effectively track deliverables and milestones while providing regular status updates to project stakeholders (i.e. tasks, risks, budget, decisions and requirements)
Connect dots of all decisions, requirements and tasks within CARIAD and VW Group committees for effective decision making and followups
Manage additional topics such as process development, budget control and process innovation

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable studies with relevant work experience in project

- and/or requirement management, preferably in a software or digital environment

Proven track record of managing multiple, complex technical projects with plans that account for priorities, interdependencies, risks, and backup plans
High level of comprehension for complex matters and ability to structure and present to senior management
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Deep understanding of current and emerging processes and technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive business to be agile and transparent
Ideally, you know how to manage multiple stakeholders at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English), including the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the IT organization
