What you ́ll do
As a working student in the P&O Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Operations your main tasks will be to:

actively support the HR Business Partners in core HR processes and in their daily work

- drive analyses to identify HR needs and activities within the Board Area HR
- research on various HR topics
- be actively involved in project work

What you bring

Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
Soft skills: Excellent planning and selforganizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
Others: Reliability
