HOME.

₠2080/month gross + Language bonus of
₠200/month + performance bonus of up to?

30₠net/month to cover your internet/electricity bills for working from home (fulltime employees receive) - Various options for contracts
?20 to 40?hours a week

- You increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently
You have exactly what we need:
- Fluency in
Swedish and
English: - Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
- Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
