To enrich our team International Institutional Donors, we are looking forward to recruiting an Officer Project Development

The position is a permanent position with39 h/week.

These are your responsibilities

Maintain contacts with the respective donors and collaborate closely with the regional & technical teams in identifying and assessing funding opportunities, project ideas and developing proposals
Develop the international donor portfolio
Ensure close cooperation with the stakeholders
Support in project development capacity building & quality assurance
Contribute to the development and setup of the system and processes to enhance the planning and development of projects

These are your qualifications

University degree in a relevant field of study
Experience in the development or management of projects funded by international institutional donors (e.g., EU, USAID, UN)
Professional proficiency in English; skills in other language is beneficial
Practical experience in institutional fundraising and/or business development
Willingness to travel on business to CBM project countries
Flexible team player with proactive and entrepreneurial thinking ability
Identification with the Christian values and the mandate of CBM
