Your contribution to TenneT:

We, the business unit
Grid Field Operations Offshore (GFO-O)
operate and maintain all Offshore grid connection systems and interconnectors in the Dutch and German North Sea.

The Offshore asset portfolio in the north sea is going to be
tripled in terms of Gigawatt in the next 8 years.

At Grid Field Operations Offshore we need to secure the
supply of today and tomorrow in order to contribute to a successful European energy transition.

This also needs a regular reflection on our performance and the continuous development of our business activities.

In your role as a Advisor - Business Administration you are enabling the Leadership Team and community of our Project & Maintenance Engineering department doing so.

In precise, you:
- are
reporting to the Manager of the department Project & Maintenance Engineering
- are
maintaining and continuously improving the governance structure and performance managment of the department
- are
planning, coordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops of the Leadership Team
- are
structuring and coordinating all central business activities as well as managing single development projects
- are coordinating and completing
central tasks and selectively represent the department in overarching committees
- are
supporting and advising all teams of the department with respect to the implementation of our unit strategy

Your profile and background:

and you:
- have successfully completed a
commercial apprenticeship or comparable
- have
relevant working experience in a compareable postion
- have experience in
handling groups with a diversity of stakeholders, cross-functional team interaction and complex business cases
- preferably have experience in sectors like Energy and Technology
- are a
strategic thinker with
hands-on mentality, courage, determination and result orientation
- have a strong
willingness to learn and change
- are
fluent in
English and German, both verbally and in writing
- have very good skills in
Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint

This will be our challenge:

Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of TenneT is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.
