- Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular performance reports, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Critical Case Handling: Personally address critical cases to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Process Innovation: Drive improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance procedures in the Technical Support department, collaborating with global teams to implement best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of activities and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma with 8+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with laboratory equipment, medical devices, or related fields.
- Customer Service Experience: Background in technical support or customer service.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in regulated environments (FDA/ISO) for at least 1 year.
