Flowserve is a recognized leader in the development and production of pumps, valves, sealing and automation technology for use in the process industry.

At our site in Ahaus, we primarily manufacture high-quality industrial valves with linings made of fluoroplastics as well as special materials, which have been successfully used in the global chemical and pharmaceutical industries for many years.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for
Pr
ocess Mechanics (M/F/T) - specializing in plastics technology.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate in the production process, including setting up, adjusting and retooling equipment and tools
  • Monitoring production processes and adherence to workflows
  • Eliminating malfunctions on plastic lining/injection molding machines and their peripheral equipment
  • Monitoring and ensuring the production process, adherence to delivery dates and quality targets
  • Support of the CIP / Lean process
  • Support of everyday standard situations

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed training as a process mechanic or a comparable qualification in the field of plastics processing or plastics technology
  • Deep technical knowledge of the plastics and injection molding technology
  • Basic knowledge of mold technology
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2shift system.
  • A reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility coupled with the ability to make decisions and good organizational skills.
