To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Flavor Scientist (M/F/d) as soon as possible:

Flavor Scientist

Key responsibilities:

• Support the flavorist team with flavor development projects (flavor compound preparation, flavor evaluation, etc.)
• Respond to client sample requests, flavor selection and preparation according clients' requirements
• Perform analytical analysis of the new flavor created; enter data in the appropriate formulation software
• Maintain the flavor database and formulation in the appropriate software
• Respond to client requests related to flavor modifications
• Provide required support to the QA/QC team to resolve internal or external nonconformities
• Provide support to the sales team and clients, as required

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, food science or equivalent study
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices in the food industry
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards
• Computer knowledge and skills
• Be bilingual (English/German) would be an asset
• Good sensory abilities
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to solve problems
• Critical and analytical
• Excellent communication skills
