Your main tasks will include:

Proactively support daily finance operations
Manage the finance mailbox efficiently
Assist in booking incoming invoices
Actively participate in administrative processes
Take ownership of managing the expense tool
Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, as well as accounts analysis and reconciliation
Learn and contribute to the development of finance and accounting processes, including creating process descriptions and flowcharts

What we look for:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration (BWL) / economics (VWL) or a related field with a focus on finance
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a meticulous and systematic approach to tasks
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills, both written and verbal
