- Assist customers in achieving their goals with the Optibus platform
- Handle customer escalations and collaborate across various Optibus departments
- Become a product expert, building strong relationships with customers
- Advocate for customers within Optibus and contribute to team growth
- Represent Optibus at meetings and industry events
- Travel as needed to meet customers
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Experience in training customers and a technical background
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
- Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel
- In SaaS deployment and public transportation
- Technical acumen without needing coding skills
