In your new role you will:

Support global training planning and accompany eLearning productions **for the HR pillar

-
Prepare market and competitor analyses as well as
reports and presentations in cooperation with key stakeholders**:

Collaborate with and support internal experts in the
development of trainings with the Learning Services team

Maintain and optimize the internal training platform and c ommunication
channels as a team

Support the quality and expansion of the HR Academy offering:

Support the changing projects in the context of HR development:

Organize & facilitate learning events
You are best equipped for this task if you:

Are currently studying
Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or a similar field:
Possess a
collaborative spirit, good communication skills and are
customer oriented:
Are characterized by your
process-oriented and structured working style:
Have an
affinity for technical training topics and data management:
Have an
integrative and discreet way of working when dealing with sensitive data and
set a high-quality standard for your own work:
Are experienced in working with the common
MS Office programs:
Bring very good
German and English skills
CV in English
Certificate of enrollment at university
Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
High school report

Important information:

Working part-time:The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome:You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.

You should live close to the site:It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
