Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a strong commitment towards health, safety and environmental standards and guidelines, management systems and procedures Consult, coach and support people at all levels of the local organization to realize an exemplary safety culture as part of our total commitment to quality and reliability Workout guidelines and method statements. Introduce them in the organization and track status Implementation of health, safety and environment concepts Drive and communicate all health and safety initiatives, processes and procedures throughout the organization to ensure all persons have a common and uniform understanding Local coordination and support of external ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 audits, including preparation and training of the local organization Carry out internal safety and environmental audits, investigate accidents and root causes, introduce, and supervise corrective actions Assist and guide all levels of management, supervisors and employees within the factory and during service events onsite to implement accident prevention activities plus where necessary provide interface to Contractors/Clients Support the managers in the manufacturing facility in risk assessments of workspaces, work tasks, tools, and coordination of common spaces
Your background:

Passion for health, safety and environmental topics

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in manufacturing and / or field service environment as well as the role a safety system plays in managing the overall risk profile of an organization Practical "handson" experience in developing and managing safety systems with the ability to dig into specific details and develop solutions to complex safety issues At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Safety and Environmental related positions Experience in a comparable function is preferred Solutions oriented personality with analytic thinking Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science, an HSE education or similar experiences German certification as SIFA is preferred German and English fluent in spoken and written
