General assistance tasks and administrative activities for the entire Technology Excellence team
Supporting the Technology Excellence managers with operational tasks like reviewing stability data, ordering of standards
In case of interest and respective knowledge, working on projects is a possibility to enlarge the scope of action
Communication with colleagues, stakeholder and partners
Maintenance of internal databases
Preparation and organization of business trips as well as their accounting for the entire team

A convincing background
Successfully completed a pharmaceutical-commercial "PKA" training (M/F/d) or pharmaceutical-technical "PTA" training (M/F/d)
Career starters are welcome, first work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Passion for administrative work and the way of working is characterized by being very independent, structured, reliable, and hands-on mentality
Enjoying new challenges, like growing with tasks and think in solutions
Very good German and English skills as well as the confident handling of MS-Office
