Publication Portfolio Specialist (M/F/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.
In this position you assess, improve and design global publication structures & ongoing fitnessforpurpose for specific product portfolios related to aligned market requirements. A possible scope could be Enclosure, Protection & Advanced Control or Connected Building, Safety Detector & Wiring Accessories.
The
Publication Portfolio Specialist (M/F/d) is defining & developing the publication structures and settings for aligned publication types & channels focussed on a specific product portfolio. For this specific product portfolio, you clarify and define the target node & needed information for bestinclass product presentation and selection in the defined publication. The role involves overseeing needed adaption or enhancements related to new product launches of specific portfolios. You clarify needed business requirements & ensure in time delivery of localized global publications structure. You play an important role in recommendation of the sustainable global structure based on market requirements, benchmark & customer understanding and you report directly to the Publication Portfolio Manager.
Your mission
You have got an overall overview for commercial references of the specific product portfolio for all concerned markets and a clear understanding of business & product differences in the supported markets
You recommend a global default structure for all defined publication types related to this portfolio & ensure alignment and assignment for all related commercial references per portfolio related to season planning
You have got a clear understanding of the customer journey related to specific product portfolios & recommend how to structure and display products in different publications
You collect & share information regarding business requirements, benchmark and customer journey to ensure best user experience for specific product portfolios
You describe use cases or user stories for open data requirements related to selecting and ordering of commercial references

Your profile

You successfully completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related qualification to understand the technical requirements
You have got 35 years' work experience in a related field or similar position
You offer knowledge of Product Information Management to fulfil your daily tasks
Product knowledge would be a plus for the position
You have got a high affinity for technical products, data and digitalization of product portfolios for publication
With your fluent English language skills (C1) you can easily communicate and collaborate with your team and international colleagues
German and/or French language skills would be considered as an asset
