YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dive into Human Resources (HR) topics like Employer Branding, Recruitment, Performance, Talent Management, and Diversity and Inclusion in the international People and Culture Talent team.
  • In this exciting internship with us, you will actively work on various projects in the team while taking responsibility for driving topics forward independently.
  • Be a part of further bringing our international Employer Branding concept to life by creating additional assets such as social media posts and further communication pieces.
  • You will get the opportunity to support international People and Culture collaboration, conduct research and analyses on HR trends, as well as supportive tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You're currently studying Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field and will support the team between 3 to 6 months.
  • Communication is your strength. You're a strong written and verbal communicator in English. German is a plus but not required.
  • You can organize projects and tasks independently and enjoy taking ownership to drive tasks to completion.
  • You are proactive and an enthusiastic team player looking for an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within an international People and Culture function.
