Currently we are looking for a
Active Merchandiser (M/F/x) to support our Commercial team in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning and controlling annual global sales campaigns in coordination with brand and product to leverage current trends and adapt to business needs
You practically implement webshop elements and designs together with shop management and webshop developers based on planned campaigns, past data and market trends
You conduct A/B testing on product and campaign performance with the support of our IT team
You analyse our webshop performance (customer journey, click rates, conversion) and monitor the market, trends & other external conditions
You ensure that our webshops are continuously optimized to our customers' demands, our campaigns, market as well as competitor trends
You change focus products, landing pages, banners and pictures on our website and collaborate with our Product Manager Webshop for technical changes

Our requirements:

You have a degree in business administration or a similar field
You bring 23 years of experience in creating marketing/sales campaigns, ideally in a fast paced ecommerce environment
You are a process oriented, critical thinker with a pragmatic approach to daily challenges
You understand current marketing and ecommerce trends
You can manage multiple campaigns running at the same time and have exceptional project management skills
You speak English on a professional level and have great presentation skills
