Global Lean Expert (f/m/d) SCM

to join our team.

The role.

As our new expert with a focus on inbound/intra/outbound logistics, you will be responsible for the efficient planning, organization and management of logistics projects.

You work closely with internal departments such as purchasing, production and sales as well as external suppliers and service providers to ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly and customer requirements are met.

You will support us in implementing lean logistics processes along the entire value chain (E2E), contributing to the improvement of processes and systems in our four plants worldwide.

You will be responsible for conducting lean analysis to identify optimization opportunities for short

- and long-term planning of supply and delivery processes.

In doing so, you are in charge for optimizing the entire E2E material and information flow using digitalization and automation methods in the supply chain.
You optimize the supply and delivery processes together with the service provider and develop corresponding strategies with KPIs to visualize them.
You will be responsible for optimizing the inbound/intra/outbound logistics process.
Finally, in your role you will continuously identify potentials in the logistics area to increase efficiency.

Your profile.

You have a degree in engineering, business administration or similar.
You have already gained several years of professional experience in the implementation of Lean/Agile methods and tools.
Experience and knowledge in project management including leading project teams complement your competence.
You have experience in working with customers and suppliers and developing relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent problem analysis and problemsolving skills as well as team and leadership skills distinguish you.
Fluent German and English, complemented by the willingness to travel worldwide, complete your profile.
