About the role:

You perform purchasing-to-pay procedures, including master data management, PR-PO approvals, and spot buying.

As a Buyer you will provide a professional procurement service to MCG EMEA to ensure all goods and services are purchased effectively on a day-to-day basis and deliver an effective and efficient service whilst looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage PurchasetoPay Operations: Oversee purchase requisitions, order processing, and effective procurement within the region
Achieve Procurement Targets: Support the achievement of qualitative and quantitative purchasetopay targets
Set Operative Buying Targets: Contribute to defining operative buying targets based on Regional Hub operations and experience.
Ensure Effective Ordering: Responsibly order goods and materials in alignment with business specifications and category management terms
Maintain Vendor Integrity: Ensure transparency and integrity of external vendor agreements and masta data in accordance with category team standards
Collaborate for Success: Collaborate effectively within the team, with category teams, and the broader EMEA procurement organization

Your Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in purchasing in an international environment
Familiarity with PR-PO processing and master data management practices
Experience in purchasetopay procedures. and familiarity with ERPs, such as SAP
Proficient in MS Office, spend analytics tools and esourcing platforms
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Building effective relationships with varied and international procurement teams
Ownershiporiented approach in the professional environment
Business fluent in English and German
