Job Description Summary:
To boost our brand image and the recognition of the value BD can deliver for healthcare in GSA, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications Lead who will localize or design Corporate Marketing & Communications initiatives and measure their impact in Germany (Switzerland, Austria and Poland)
The position has no direct report but require strong influencing skills and the agility to work in BD s Matrix organization.

MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and drive Corporate Marketing strategy and initiatives to elevate our Corporate Brand Equity locally in selected geographies (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and selected Eastern Europe countries)
- Localize and implement key EMEA Corporate Communications initiatives like the rollout of the EMEA Corporate Campaign, of the yearly Healthcare Resilience Barometer, Awareness days and others
- Develop content and iterate through to approved publishable content targeting scientific and lay audiences. This may include managing freelancers, or PR agencies.
- Design and implement local initiatives like Media Training, PR Outreach
- Manage budget. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Corporate Marketing and communications initiatives.
- Ensure local adoption and stickiness of the Corporate Branding and Corporate Marketing Strategy inside BD seven Business Units
- Train relevant functions on our Corporate Brand, Values and Messaging and on the value of Corporate Communications and selectively on Communications Skillset
- Collaborate or lead crossfunctional teams to drive success of corporate marketing and communications initiatives (Teams GSA Omnichannel marketing, BU Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Policy, Market Access, EMEA BDX Marketing)
- Interface with EMEA and Global Counterparts to source and share best practices and learnings.
- Continuously Scan the GSA and selected Eastern European countries landscape in terms of competition brand Communication, and market trends/hot topics
- Brand awareness and reputation metrics
- Return on investment on marketing and communications initiatives.
- Website and social traffic engagement metrics, such as page views, bounce rate, and time on
- Content marketing metrics, such as content downloads, content shares, and content engagement
- KOLs engagement
- Lead generation and conversion rates
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ Experience in Corporate Marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry (company, agency, provider. )
- Track record working on omnichannel campaigns around a corporate Brand or a Product
- Experience working with Media
- Experience working with Opinion Leaders is a plus
- Experience working in a Matrix organization is a plus
- Experience with Product Marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL:
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
- Strong interest in Healthcare and Suitable level of scientific or medical experience around the safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of healthcare
- Strong Influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM and DAM tools (SalesForce, Veeva, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as a member or leader
- Fluent in German and English
