Your mission:

Development of the vision and roadmap for test automation and TDD enablement
Test automation strategy development and implementation through strong collaboration across all V-Teams
Revision and Governance of both frontend and backend test automation frameworks and their integration in a CI/CD pipeline.
Further development and implementation of the "Shift-Left" strategy through test driven methodology, early involvement, continuous improvement and coverage expansion of the test automation and test management processes across all value teams
Mentorship and support to developers and other QA Automation Engineers with regards to the vision for quality and integration of testing into the R2P process (for example with TDD, methodologies, best practices etc.)
Leading the development of tools, frameworks and standards enabling efficiency, more test coverage, test data management and the implementation of shift left and test driven development
Define and maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans, etc), test data and test infrastructure
Build test result reports for analysis based on metrics from both manual and automated tests
Support the generation of data for KPI measurements for the context of tests and test executions
Support with general IT security concept development and implementation for cloud based software solutions

Your profile:

Completed Informatics or similar technical studies or relevant professional experience
Successful track record in
Quality Assurance Automation.
Strong technology mindset and excellent communication skills
Fundamental Knowledge and experience in the design and development of frontend and backend
Test Automation Frameworks.
Advanced experience in
Java and
Python in the context of backend and frontend test automation
Advanced experience with CI/CD and Docker
Strong sense for code quality and standards and proactive participation in code reviews
Advanced experience with Test and Project Management tools like XRay and Jira
Strong proactivity and project management skills
Passion and strong mindset for quality, test automation and problem solving
