As
Head of Information Technology you are part of our Commercial Product & Service Team as well as the overall leadership circle.

Together with our Director and Head of Infrastructure, you are setting out the course of the Commercial Product & Service Team as a whole.

Your role:


  • As the operative lead of our 7people Tech team (including ERP, Salesforce, UX/UI, Product Management and Development), you manage not only disciplinary but especially contentwise.
  • You are the central person responsible for leading daytoday operations and delivering overall bug fixing, maintenance tasks as well as new developments.
  • Based on our business model, market positioning and growth trajectory, you drive a sustainable tech landscape and architecture forward.
  • You ensure an effective team structure for our Tech organisation, including growth trajectory and related profiles for your direct reports.
  • To enable effective cooperation, you hold the leading touch points with your business peers.

Your profile:


  • You have proven multiyear operative experience across the above mentioned domains and a baseline handson technical expertise.
  • You are able to set out an architectural direction against business requirements and strategy priorities.
  • You are familiar with agile project management methods for iterative development.
  • Collaboration with different stakeholders is easy for you and you adapt your communication style effortlessly to your counterpart.
  • You are fluent in English (C1-C2) and have a very good command of German (B2-C1).
