We're looking for the Head of Product and Operations (all genders) for one of our portfolio companies - one of the leading workplace analytics software providers.

Your role will be pivotal in driving growth for the company.

Tasks

Product Strategy

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Data Analytics, Customer Success, and Marketing, to define and prioritize features.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
Conduct grooming to refine feature requirements. Conduct ideation and prioritization sessions to ensure alignment.

Customer Focus

Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand user needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support onboarding and provide product expertise during customer interactions.

Product Operations

Support the Customer Success and Customer Support teams by identifying required internal management tools and feeding those requirements into the product roadmap.
Coordinate with Engineering for technical product configuration for cases where we are missing internal management tools.

Technical Sales

Explain the product from a technical perspective, and discuss with IT professionals all necessary technical aspects of our product and the technical implications/ requirements on their side.
Be able to explain our product from a data privacy perspective, and discuss with data privacy professionals and works council members how our product meets their expectations
From an IT security perspective, highlight and discuss how our product is simple, scalable, and secure with IT security professionals. Also, take the lead in replying to IT security questionnaires from leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, etc.); advanced degrees are a plus
Leadership experience in a tech startup or a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
Excellent management skills (communication, prioritization, negotiation, presentation, and delegation)
Given the broad scope of the job, you thrive in an environment with many different tasks, technologies, teams, customers, and priorities
Broad experience in all aspects of Product Management, including design
Attention to detail and proactive thinking
Resultsdriven with a focus on exceeding targets
Understanding IoT or corporate wireless networking is a plus
