TRAINEE CORPORATE FUNCTIONS INTERNATIONAL IN THE GLOBAL COMPLIANCE OFFICE (M/F/X)

In a truly international setting, you will gain in-depth knowledge and experience across all facets of Compliance Management.

The Global Compliance Office is the custodian of the Deutsche Post DHL Compliance Management System and we are looking for a trainee who will help us to further design and align the standards for compliance management across the Group.

We support our divisional compliance organizations in establishing compliance processes and maintaining a culture of respect and integrity.

The purpose of Compliance Management is to promote ethical behavior and protect from financial and reputational damage caused by illegal or unethical behavior.

We belong to the Legal Services Department which is headed by the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Deutsche Post DHL Group.

Your tasks

Support the further development and implementation of the Compliance Management System
Support in identification and consideration of legal or societal trends or developments, such as ESG or the German Supply Chain Act
Support the digitalization and communications strategy of the Global Compliance Office

Your profile

Graduation (Bachelor or Master Degree) in Law, Media & Communication or Informatics before October 1st, 202
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a team player with a good ethical compass.
First professional experience (up to 3 years) in a larger corporation, the legal field, an auditing or consulting company is an advantage. Any experience in a governance role, such as compliance, legal, ESG, human rights is welcome.
Fluent English is required
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and MS Excel); Power BI or similar data / reporting tools of advantage,
