What do you contribute?

In your position, you will act as Communications Business Partner (f/m/d) in the globally successful rail service business of Siemens Mobility and will manage a team of currently 2 employees.
As part of the management team, you will be the contact person and advisor to the business unit management for all important communications and MarCom topics and will be responsible for the MarCom budget of the business unit.
You will be responsible for the strategic positioning and contentrelated dovetailing of communications activities with portfolio and product marketing for optimal topic positioning visàvis customers, external partners and important stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the positioning of the Business Unit CEO and senior management, including the necessary contentrelated topic preparation (speeches and guest contributions, LinkedIn channel management, media appearances, cooperations); you will also be responsible for the selection and contentrelated support of speaker placements, sponsorships and event and trade fair participations.
In addition, you will position the BU at the upcoming InnoTrans 2024 and take over the planning, implementation and execution for this (e.g. exhibits, customer newsletters, lead generation, sales booklet creation, etc.).
Also, you will plan superimposed Demand & Lead Gen campaigns including corresponding success measurement and content production (video, text, info graphics, whitepapers, webinars, website management, customer newsletters, etc.) and manage them yourself.
You will be responsible for and position the topics of the BU in thought leadership and dovetail these activities with the overarching positioning of Siemens Mobility in the area of digitalization and sustainability.

What do you bring along?

You do have a degree (Master / Diploma) in communication sciences, marketing or comparable.
Also, you have gained longterm professional experience in corporate communications in B2B marketing in a technical environment.
Several years of experience in management positions with technical and disciplinary leadership of e.g. international, intercultural teams round this off.
You convince through successfully implemented, multidisciplinary and international communication and marketing projects.
In addition, you bring knowledge of automation tools, as well as sound SEA/SEO knowledge for the optimal control of sales marketing activities.
Furthermore, you bring proven and extensive project management experience.
Experience with trends in rail services on the topics of digitalization and sustainability distinguish you.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills and a certain willingness to travel.
