We are an innovative organization within Siemens with the aim of enabling IoT based used cases for financial industry.

Our vision is to develop a platform to enable dynamic financial solutions with IoT and machine data that can also serve machine builders and end users.

The platform will act as central link between manufacturing industry and financial industry.

Our team discovers the relevant portfolio elements & architectural solutions to solve customer demands coming from financial institutes. We establish contact to this potential new customer segment for Siemens Factory Automation.

What part will you play?

  • You will connect with financial institutions, Machine builders and Machine users to discover and understand customer pain points with the aim of identifying/deriving IoT based use cases using customer centric approaches (using business model canvas, lean canvas.) and hence developing portfolio elements
  • You have the responsibility for defining the product and solution that will be developed according to customer requirements
  • Your responsibilities also include conducting value proposition workshops and identifying the scope of customer problem
  • You will refine and prioritize all requirements from the financial institutes in each scrum team
  • You will work on the G2M and product release activities essential in bringing product live
  • You are responsible for the intime delivery of solutions to customer from the incubator
  • You contribute to activities to continuously improve the product and portfolio lifecycle, managing and prioritizing the milestones
  • You will conduct demos to customer and participate on fairs to present the product and to collect feedback and requirements from customer

What you need to make real what matters.

  • University master's degree with a focus in a technical field, e.g. computer science, or Business degree with finance focus
  • Deep understanding and many years experiences with digital business and product development for financial industry
  • Experience within Financial Service Industry or Consulting firm with focus on IoT based solutions
  • You are familiar with Lean Startup concepts and how to create MVPs to validate your business hypothesis with the Build-MeasureLearn approach
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs to solution design and understand technology impact
  • Selfmotivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Experience in change or stakeholder management through experience in project management or consulting
  • Work experience in Product Management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships across all hierarchies and within an ecosystem of internal and external partners
  • High degree of creativity, openmind, and selfinitiative as well as fluency in English complete your profile
