What we expect from you?

First point of contact for international clients of a renowned European organization in Munich
General and specialized support to clients regarding patent applications and procedures, various forms and fees, online tools and services
Responsible for capturing and handling customer inquiries by phone, contact form, and email
Assisting clients in navigating the organization's website to ensure applicants and companies understand the patent processes
Managing and maintaining customer data in various data management tools

Your profile:

Fluent language skills in German and English (French is a plus)
Preferably experience in customer service or hospitality
Passion for customer service and the ability to work in a dynamic customer service environment
Quick grasp of concepts and willingness to learn new, even more complex things
Excellent communication skills
Organizational talent and problem-solving skills
Team spirit and joy in working in a cross-functional, diverse, and international team
