• A professional and friendly telephone manner when interacting with our rental car customers. Prior experience in dialog marketing or a related field within the tourism industry is an advantage.
• Structured way of working, with strong sociability and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of advisory services.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a strong sense of personal responsibility to achieve measurable results quickly.
• Proficiency in businesslevel German, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken communication.
