What we are we looking for:
We are seeking our next Senior Associate, Investor Relations EMEA on a fixed-term contract to join our Munich team


In this role you'll:

  • To work within the EMEA Investor Relations (IR) team, ensuring that an outstanding service experience is delivered by the team to IRE's clients. To act as a point of contact to support direct requests from existing investors and to assist Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), the wider Invesco Real Estate (IRE) and Sales team with timely responses to qualitative and quantitative requests for information for existing investors. Collaborate with internal and external partners to build understandable pieces of information on the firm's direct real estate fund products to institutional investors.
  • To provide custom reports for selective clients, working with the Hyderabad team and other internal collaborators where appropriate. Together with the IR Team identify efficiencyimprovement opportunities and work on projects to implement those.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the funds' inboxes and investor portals, help with fund reporting, investor calls, annual investor/UAC meetings and committee meeting minutes.
  • This will also include the maintenance and coordination of investor queues, capital call fundings, redemption payments, distributions and management fee rebates, working with the appointed Transfer Agents, Corporate Secretary and Treasury teams.
  • To coordinate transfer requests, topup requests, distribution amendments, redemption requests, audit requests with the appointed teams. To work with IREM and Transfer Agents to ensure completion of KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Antimoney Laundering) refreshers.
  • To assist in ensuring that investor information is accurately recorded in Investran, Viaduct, SalesForce and client portals. This includes recording wins and losses and global fee status as well as the maintenance of IRE's distribution lists on Salesforce via SF subscriptions.
  • To work with the wider IRE business/Marketing team to keep data files updated and to work on automating these processes where possible.
  • To liaise with IRE's wider global Investor Relations and Product Management team to ensure global consistency and coordination of client relationship management.

What you can bring:

  • Proficient German and English required.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent with some years of experience in Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management or Product Management in an asset management business would be helpful.
  • Relevant qualifications as CFA, CAIA, IMC or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certificate are useful.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and OneNote. Knowledge of CRM systems as Investran, Viaduct or Salesforce is useful.
  • High personal motivation; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, be deadline driven and to multitask, as necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
