Working Student:
Global HR (M/F/x)


As an independent and motivated Working Student, you'll be part of the Global HR Team for our Headquarter in the South of Munich which hosts about 200 employees locally and roughly about 1000 employees globally.

You will work up to 20 hours per week during class time, and depending on your availabilities, up to 40 hours per week during the semester breaks.

This role can be fulfilled on-site. Hybrid or remote (with some presence in the office).


Your tasks:


  • Supporting to our HR Analyst on Reporting and Planning topics
  • Working with our Global HR system SuccessFactors
  • Supporting the onboarding of apprentices as well as during the recruitment process
  • Supporting of daily tasks of the Global HR Manager
  • Creating and / or updating handbooks, guidelines, presentations
  • Adhoc support of the Global HR Team
  • Support the German HR team
  • Working with the Team to improve employer branding

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)


You are currently enrolled at an institute of higher education in Germany for the field Business Administration, Economic Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, International Management or similar.


  • You have ideally completed internships or gained some practical experience in a serviceoriented field.
  • You are a proficient user of the MS Office package.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Conscientious, reliable, and like to take on responsibility.
  • Absolute trustworthiness and discretion are a matter of course for you.

Salary:
From 12.00€ per hour
