Here is what you bring to the table:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in the hightech industry
Strong knowledge of production management, process optimization, and quality control
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience in implementing best practices and driving operational excellence
Excellent leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate the production team
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and resolve production challenges
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate with stakeholders
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in manufacturing operations
Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and meeting targets
Demonstrated experience in working in a dynamic and rapidpaced, nimble environment
Selfmotivated with high standards for quality in your work
Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with budgeting/procurement
Willingness to travel for business trips
Fluency in English is a requirement
Fluency in German is an advantage
You are eligible to work in Germany
