Director Digital Workplace Platform and Infrastructure Operations (M/F/d):


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You advise senior management within Digital Workplace Platform on issues, risks and solution architecture
  • You provide leadership and strategic direction for the employees within Digital Workplace and Infrastructure & Security operations organization
  • You will Challenge, develop and manage IT budgets m€) in area of responsibility to ensure the effective utilization of resources and services of external partners
  • Steer program, projects and initiatives of the strategic roadmap in Digital Workplace, IT Infrastructure & Security operations in budget, scope and quality as well as managing contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Establish, implement and control necessary governance processes in Digital Workplace and Infrastructure & Security operations
  • Part of your role will be to establish and govern disaster recovery procedures to ensure IT continuity
  • Another focus of your job will be to minimize the business impact of operational information security vulnerabilities and incidents
  • WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • You hold a University degree (informatics, business informatics) or have a equal qualification
  • You can rely on 10+ years of experience in global IT strategy planning, project management practice and leadership of large international team
  • You have got Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience in leadership towards large (agile) teams complets your personal portfolio
  • You are fluent (spoken and written) in English and German
