- Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung von Kunden und Potenzialkunden und verkaufst aktiv unsere Medialeistungen – vor allem am Telefon.
- Du kontaktierst Kunden im Rahmen verschiedener vorbereiteter Verkaufskampagnen, entwickelst diese über das eigentliche Verkaufsziel hinaus, erhöhst die Kundenbindung und reaktivierst inaktive Kunden.
- Du pflegst Kunden- und Verkaufsdaten innerhalb festgelegter Rahmenbedingungen (z.B. CRM, Pipeline-Management etc.).
- Du verantwortest die komplette Abwicklung der Aufträge, von der Anfrage über die Angebotserstellung bis hin zum Abschluss.
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in einem Verlag.
- Du besitzt eine hohe telefonische Verkaufs- und Kommunikationskompetenz.
- Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse im Gespräch und reagierst entsprechend hierauf.
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit.
