Inside Sales Representative - German & English Speaking


Salary - € Excellent +
Bonus Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, , with a one-hour lunch break. (German - Proficient) (English - Proficient)

Location - NDC GmbH (Gelsenkirchen) (Office Based Role)

Salary:

Job Summary - Do you want to work in a start-up environment, supported by a larger sister company? If the answer is yes, then this job is for you


Reporting to the Export Manager, your role will be to grow the business through the medium of thetelephone within Germany through the combination of acquisition of new customers, whilst also ensuring the growth and retention of existing clientele.


Key Tasks

  • Grow and retain the sales for the business.
  • Engage with new and existing customers via telephone and electronic marketing initiatives to realise the full potential of the market within Germany.
  • Win appointments with key decision makers within the target market.
  • Understand customer market intelligence
  • Update CRM system daily with daily activities, opportunities and customer feedback.
  • Report to the Service Management team any market developments that may impact the business.
  • Monitor sales revenue and sales activities for all customers in assigned geographical area.
  • Regular telephone surveys to customers soliciting their views.
  • Monthly reporting on sales activity and performance.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Electronics, Maths or Science.
  • A history of successful and demonstrable sales experience.
  • Experience within the elevator industry is desired, but not essential.
