Your mission:

As our new

Accountant (M/F/d) you will work directly with the Director of Finance and be a key part of our growing finance and accounting team. You will ensure accurate and timely actual financial information for the entire company including Resolves operating subsidiaries in Germany, the U.S. and Switzerland. You help bringing efficient accounting and controlling processes to our rapidly growing organization. Furthermore you will support all statutory and tax reporting and manage & improve accounting processes and procedures. We are looking for someonewith a positive, can-do attitude in order to support the finance team's internal customers and facilitate growth.


Where your expertise is needed:


  • To maintain the Company's books and records in the newly implemented cloudbased ERP system NetSuite
  • To ensure timely and accurate transaction posting including monthend accruals
  • To create regular financial statement reports consistent with IFRS and local GAAP
  • To support external audits
  • To account for employees' travel and expense reimbursement
  • To maintain processes for reporting and controlling expenses, fixed assets, and inventory
  • To maintain the Company's account payable and accounts receivable subledgers

Your profile:


  • First accounting and finance experience, ideally in an international, manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with multiple legal entities and multiple currencies preferred
  • Comfortable in speaking, reading, and writing English. Proficiency in German preferred
  • Experience with midsize company ERP systems and processes. Oracle NetSuite experience is preferred
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel and proficient with Office 365 tools
