- Design and develop new tools and processes that support our GTM teams in executing in an efficient and scalable way
- Support EMEA Programs & Excellence team by building innovative processes to streamline our business and propel further growth
- Create impactful reports in PowerBI and presentations, to uncover actionable insight and communicate impact of growth priorities within the EMEA leadership team
- Interest and experience in analytics
- Ability to learn quickly and in order to identify new solutions and utilize the latest technology
- Innovate mindset, thinking outside the box in order to identify new ways of getting things done
- Expertise in analytical tools such as PowerBI as well as experience in accessing data from datawarehouse solutions like Snowflake
- Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Energetic self-starter with an ambition for getting things done in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
- Language skills with German would also be an advantage but not essential.
