Job Location(s): Nuremberg, DEWe have an immediate opportunity for a Teamlead (m/w/d) Automotive Hardware Egineering to join us at our diverse team.

The position can be filled in full
- or parttime.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the "Automotive Hardware Engineering" team including full cost center and budget responsibility.
  • Responsibility for the development of power and signal electronics hardware within automotive traction power electronic products.
  • Ensuring competitive, efficient and goaloriented development of electronics hardware within the team according to agreed project targets (time, costs, function, quality), stakeholder requirements and in compliance to relevant standards, norms and regulations.
  • Responsible for the complete hardware development cycle starting from project acquisition up to SOP with subsequent serial production support.
  • Strategic, methodical, organizational and competence development and continuous improvement of the team.
  • Ensure clear interfaces within and outside the team to internal and external partners.
  • Cultivate networks with people across a variety of functions and locations within the organization.

Background & Skills:


  • Servant lead with strong people management and organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in hardware product development.
  • Preferably having experience in automotive tools and methods for serial product development.
  • Preferable having experience in product development according to ASPICE and ISO2626
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 5 people and working with globally distributed teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferably Master in Embedded System Design or Power Electronics.
  • Good written and spoken German and English
