We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist as soon as possible for our partner located in Berlin. The company is one of the leading online retailers for fashion, headquartered in Berlin.

They sell products in the areas of clothing, shoes, accessories, and cosmetics to over 50 million active customers throughout Europe.

Deine Aufgaben:

You are responsible for planning and coordinating the supply chain
You organize and create daily orders for suppliers and for the warehouses to ensure the availability of packaging materials in different countries within Europe
You take responsibility for selecting and ordering the articles (Inventory & supply management)
You communicate efficiently with the main stakeholders from Logistics, Merchandising and Assortment
You support the Assortment team creating curated campaigns for our customers
You Report and solve issues with automatic order processing as well as creating manual orders upon request

Dein Profil:

You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Ideally you already have first work experiences within category management, supply chain or buying
Very good stakeholder management and inventory management skills combined with strong problemsolver and analytical competences characterize you
Analytical and economic thinking skills are among your strengths and you already have knowledge of Excel and experience in ERP (SAP)
You have interest in a mix of routine tasks, adhoc & longterm tasks with a huge room to share and come up with your own ideas
Handsonmentality and a structured way of working counting as your strongest behaviors
Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and business fluent English skills
