Our client, one of the leading builders in Hamburg for public commercial and cultural real estate, is looking for you as a project manager (M/F/d) in building construction

DEINE AUFGABEN:
Planning and realisation of building construction projects in Hamburg Implementation of construction projects with a focus on technical, economic and contractual specifications Taking over the technical management of the team as well as the internal and external stakeholders Active participation in the preparation of property plans as well as in tenders, the solicitation of offers, as well as the review of contract preparation and awarding Conducting contract negotiations and coordinating with all project participantsDEIN PROFIL:

A degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or another comparable education

Good knowledge of cost management, award procedures, construction management, billing, VOB and HOAI A talent for organization, as well as negotiation skills Good team fit, as well as interest in exciting new challenges#LI-LR1
