Your tasks

For our Yunex Traffic in Munich, we are looking for a working student to join our Business Excellence department as soon as possible.
As part of process management, you will support the global business excellence team in setting up and introducing the BIC Cloud IT tool
You support our process managers in the transfer and adaptation of documents and the transfer of predefined processes to BIC Cloud
You monitor compliance with the internal Yunex Traffic system requirements for document and process management
In addition, you will support the creation of training material and online offers for employee training.
You will help us prepare reviews and project meetings.
You will also help the team with procurement and ordering processes and provide support with special topics where necessary

Your qualifications

You are currently a fulltime student and have at least two more semesters before you graduate.
You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new software tools
Have experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You are interested in a role that requires accuracy and a structured way of working.
You are interested in getting to know processes and procedures of an international company.
A good knowledge of German and English completes your profile.
