Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior CRA II /Lead Monitor to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis located in Munich with the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

For this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between the monitor and regional leads.
Discuss with the internal project teams concerning study progression and lead project team calls on the country level.
Supervise and uphold studyspecific and corporate tracking systems at both a site and a country level.
You will enable regional projects as the lead monitor and monitor study actions, schedules and timelines.
Evaluate supervision reports and assist supervisors in their actions.
Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

High capacity to plan, work on various tasks simultaneously and operate within a dynamic team setting.
Leadership skills with the ability to resolve issues.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a life science, pharmacy, RN or similar mixture of training, experience and education.
Capability of contributing to clinical projects as a lead/senior supervisor.
Able to independently monitor onsite.
Fluency in the English language.
Willing to travel for business needs.
