About the role:


We are looking for a Healthcare Partnership Coordinator (known internally as a Provider Network Manager) to support the management and relationships of our healthcare providers within our network in Germany.

This role is part of our Medical Record Collection team and is in the front line, where you will be engaging with our healthcare providers to understand how they operate, improve our services and rectify concerns.

You will be managing providers in your portfolio, coordinating the key processes in the lifecycle of the provider and being the escalation point for any topics as well as making sure providers are educated on our program and process.


This role requires an in-person, customer centric focus, a good process and operational understanding and having a solution finding mindset.

You will also have the ability to work with senior provider and client stakeholders and influence provider and stakeholder decisions.

You will be based from home, travelling 50% of your time to providers around Germany. We are looking for someone to be based around the Frankfurt area due to travel requirements.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage provider partnerships and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the provider and seamless integration into our provider network
  • Establish the engagement strategy developed by the Provider Network Management Team with the purpose of reaching the contractual objectives, focusing on reaching the medical record collection objectives and requirements
  • Coordinate key processes in the lifecycle of a provider, such as identifying, assessing, adding/removing a provider from our network
  • Act as the escalation point for internal and external provider related topics
  • Search, identify and manage new provider partnerships in response to client needs
  • Provide ongoing provider support through issue resolution and customer service in the provision of medical records, including strategies for the optimization of medical record submission including Electronic Health Record (EHR) transfer.
  • Identify key problem areas of client and / or provider concerns and coordinate or activate resolution, eg. Claims, Credentialing, Site Assessments, etc
  • Oversee effort to sign Provider Network Agreements in portfolio

About you:


  • Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
  • Previous exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent or qualification by experience
  • Post graduate degree an advantage
  • Insurance, medical provider or nursing experience an advantage
  • Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Highly proficient in German (written and verbal)
  • Selfstarter, selfdriven to deliver results
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients / providers / suppliers and cross departmental team members
  • Proven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions including senior management levels
  • Ability to document requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with claims processes, healthcare management an advantage
