Your mission:


As a purchasing officer, your role is:

  • Ensuring on-time procurement of materials (production, trade and plant materials)
  • Coordination and monitoring of operational purchasing activities from request for quotation, order confirmation to continuous master data maintenance as well as inventory control
  • Proactive, strategic supplier management with full responsibility for identifying and negotiating new or current suppliers, terms and conditions, and master agreements
  • Development of cost savings, as well as identification and negotiation
  • Close cooperation with all departments, especially production planning and sales, quality, as well as warehouse logistics

Your profile:


  • You can communicate easily in Polish and English (fluent level), oral and written. Any additional European language is a plus
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in purchasing. A technical background and quality knowledge would be an asset.
  • You are confident handling ERP systems and MS Office products
  • You have strong interpersonal skills: high communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
  • You can manage priorities and you have an eye for details
  • You are a problemsolver
  • You are organized and rigorous
