We're looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join us and help us develop and deliver engaging social media campaigns.


This role will be based in our Hamburg office where we offer Hybrid working, 3 days per week on-site and 2 days per week from home.

You will therefore live within commuting distance of the Hamburg office.


What you can expect:


You will be part of the Marketing Communications team in Region North (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland & Nordics) and will work closely with colleagues responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of regional marketing activities.


Your focus will mainly be on the B2C target group in German-speaking countries, and you will work closely with the person responsible for the UK, Ireland and the Nordics to coordinate and develop topics and content on an ongoing basis.


You will be responsible for developing our social media strategy based on business relevant KPIs and ongoing trends and platform analysis.


You will also support the ongoing planning and creation of content, coordinating its production (including for Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest) and liaising regularly with external stakeholders regarding requirements, feedback and approvals.

Working with existing influencers and identifying new suitable influencers will also be part of your remit.


You will also interact with and support the social media community and work closely with other internal departments (B2B, Customer Service, Sales).


What you bring to the table:
Previous experience delivering engaging social media campaigns and content in a corporate setting


You identify with our requirements profile, have a relevant business or marketing related degree and with your creative mindset and commercial skills, you enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders.

You are a strong organiser and have successfully managed and coordinated social media communication projects.

You are an outgoing person with strong communication skills, which you know how to use in interdisciplinary project communication


You are a strong team player, a proactive 'can-do' spirit and have a desire to build your overall business understanding.

You enjoy working in an international team, thinking outside the box and liaising with regional and global teams

You speak fluent German and English
