Our client, one of the world's leaders of mobility, is looking for
Dutch speaking Customer Experience Agents to join their team in Germany.


Company Benefits:


  • 250 euros for equipment (desk, lamp, PC, etc)
  • Performance bonuses: up to 200€ gross per month.
  • 50€ per month for electricity.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Extra payment for Sundays.

About you:


  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken) and have an understandable and clear way to speak andexpress yourself.
  • Ideally, you would already have some initial experience in customer service, working in a call centre, sales,restaurants, or generally dealing with customers.
  • You are like us: likeable, reliable, dynamic, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent customer.

You are an organizational and communicative talent:
you find the right words in every situation and deliver them ina positive manner.

  • You work independently, are solution and serviceorientated and be able to cope with a heavy workload.
